How to Stop Gmail from Sending Legitimate Emails to Spam
Sometimes Gmail mistakenly places trusted messages into the Spam folder. To make sure you always receive important emails, follow these simple steps:
1. Check Your Spam Folder

Open Gmail.

In the left sidebar, click More → Spam.

If you find a legitimate email there, open it and click Report not spam.
2. Add Trusted Senders to Your Contacts

Open an email from someone you always want to receive.

Hover over the sender’s name and click Add to Contacts.
3. Create a Filter for Important Addresses

In Gmail, click the gear icon → See all settings.

Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter.

Enter the sender’s email address in the From field.

Click Create filter, then select Never send it to Spam.
