Sharing video is best accomplished by using a video service such as YouTube or Vimeo. This is both to save disk space and also because these services have content delivery networks which make streaming video very easy.
You can share YouTube videos in a couple of ways:
1) You can use a section of type, "Components - YouTube" to automatically display videos from a YouTube channel.
2) You can insert HTML code to embed a single video into the web page. Just insert an "Advanced - HTML Code" section, and place the embed code from YouTube (Vimeo or any other such service). Note: You should set the Responsive mode option to 16:9 for better performance across devices.
Instructions to get YouTube embed code:
1. Go to the YouTube video you want to embed.
2. Under the video, click the "Share" button.
3. In the pop-up that appears, click "Embed" (</> symbol).
4. You'll now see the HTML iframe code.
5. You can optionally adjust options like starting at a certain time or disabling player controls by checking the boxes.
6. Click "Copy" to copy the embed code.
7. Paste the code into your website's "Advanced - HTML Code" section where you want the video to appear.
