You can rearrange the pages on your main menu by going to "Media" -> "Pages". Here you may move your existing pages beneath other pages or create new top-level container pages like "About", "Media", "Resources", etc.. To move a page, drag it using the "move" icon to the place where you want the page to appear on the menu.
You may wish to rearrange your main menu so that there are at most 5-7 top-level pages.
