Overview
The eCommerce area of the Site Manager gives you complete control over your store configuration, product listings, customers, and orders. From here, you can manage everything needed to sell products online.
Accessing the Store
In the Site Manager, navigate to Store to access all eCommerce features.
Configuration
Under Configuration, you can set up:

Store Profile – address, phone, email, and other details shown to customers.

Shipping Services – connect to UPS, USPS, and FedEx (via ShipEngine) and set shipping rate adjustments.

Order Processing – configure payment processors (PayPal, Authorize.net, Invoice Me, etc.) and order workflow.

Promotions – create discounts, coupon codes, and targeted offers.

Sales Tax – set location-specific tax rules and rates.
Managing Customers and Orders

Customers – view, edit, and manage customer profiles.

Online Orders – review and process recent purchases, update order status, and communicate with buyers.
Managing Inventory
Under Inventory, you can:

Create Product Categories – organize your store into logical groupings (e.g., Books, Apparel, Gifts).

Add Products – add detailed descriptions, pricing, and images for each item.
Displaying Products on Your Site
To display products, insert one or more of the following section types into your pages:

Components – Store (Categories) – displays all products within selected categories.

Components – Store (Items) – displays specific individual products.
-
Components – Store (Search Form) – adds a search bar for finding products.
